1.       We sit down with you, gather information and evaluate your needs.
 

2.       Based on your information, we compare and make recommendations which outline the lenders' best rates and product features to suit your needs.
 

3.       We complete an application form and gather all necessary supporting documents for submission to the lender.  We then electronically forward your application to that lender.
 

4.       Once approval is received - you simply sign the required forms and you've got your mortgage! Then, over the next few days and weeks, we follow up with all supporting documents.
